I'm looking for a simple guide (if exists) to best adjust all settings on iOS 13 related to privacy (mainly locations) and all the unnecessary settings buried inside the OS, really a big task!!

I didn't find anything on this forum (but perhaps I did not seek as I should), can someone help me?

I thought it was quite simple when done during first time setup. When I set up my iPhone 7 Plus, I simply decline any analytics sharing, and disable Siri. iOS will also ask for location service during that time so you can simply disable that. I think that's about it.

And it's not buried in the settings. They're all in the Privacy section (including location services and iCloud analytics). I don't see why this is a big task even if you forgot to decline them during setup.

I simply asked for someone to help me with all this settings that I barely understand: if you think all this argument is simple I totally disagree, sorry...

Hmm, I am not following your statement.
The settings I believe are self explanatory as described by their labels.
For example, Cell Network search. iOS asks if you allow the phone to use its location services to help with cell network search. Simply enable them if you think you need them, and disable them otherwise. Personally, I disabled the alerts and ads and the ones under Product Improvement, for example.

The switches are self explanatory as labeled. It is up to you to enable or disable them, and I don't see how another person can tell you what you require. Maybe it's better to ask a specific one that you don't understand. You can also put the terms into google and do a search.
