Hi guys,

I'm after an app that'll let me organise different stuff, to do lists, notes and the like with a super simple and easy/quick to use interface. I've looked at apps like Things but it's quite costly and more importantly, only works with a Mac desktop client.

Is there anything similar that'll let me organise stuff like that, but then use it from either a Windows machine, or even better, a web page? So I can go in and add stuff to there, and quickly access it from my phone, and vice versa.

Cheers!

I tried ToDo and a few others but settled on "GeeTasks".

It's brilliantly simple and best of all (for me) it syncs with Google tasks right next to the calendar....which also syncs with the iPhone calender. At work I can quickly enter a task or event from Google Calender and it will show up on the phone (or vice versa) right away.

Many thanks for the recommendations guys! Just gave them both a try, along with a few others and still can't really find anything that really takes my fancy unfortunately:

Todo - unfortunately quite horrible, unnecessarily complicated interface and how do I add a new list? :(

Things - much nicer interface, but no option to sync with a web app, no way to set priorities of tasks, projects aren't directly listed on the homescreen

OmniFocus - ugh, what a mess.

2Do - no option to sync with a web app, alarms don't seem to work and it can be a bit fiddly. my favourite so far though

AwesomeNote - really lovely interface, no way to get stuff to show on LockInfo, so a real lack of notifications

Geetask - love that it syncs with Google Tasks! But possibly a little too basic and quite costly in all. I prefer Zenbe.

So yeah... I'll carry on trying the different ones, will probably ditch Todo and OmniFocus as I didn't get on with them much, but for now Zenbe is still a winner, shame though as I already have so many lists of important info, and was hoping for something else to use as a GTD thing to help keep it less cluttered, d'oh!

Ahh, yeah so it does! Thank you!

I'm thinking 2do could be my app of choice then, all things considered, it works with LockInfo too which is a nice bonus!
