What type of case is best for protecting against damage from dropping? Like what material or type.

My 11yr old has his iPod touch in a soft rubber case by Speck. He is a boy so they aren't exactly gentle. iPod still looks brand new.

:D Haha, you guys are funny!

Silicone or rubber material is recommended as that is soft and strong. As for the style, front and back covers cannot be missed. But, additional care should be taken to protect your device from damages caused by dropping.

Just wait for the releases by Otterbox and Switcheasy. Those will be your best bets.

Switcheasy has a silicone case, but they will most likely release a hard shell case in the future (I would assume, at least.)

I pod Case

I have got a case for ipod touch 4G. It has fiber and rubber body.

It is really good. I got it from ebay just have a look in it.
