With evasi0n out, I'm considering cracking my iPhone 4S, but the only think I can think of changing is the UI. Things like adding custom widgets to notification center, changing the homescreen in some way, change how multitasking works, etc.

What are some of the best UI hacks you recommend?

DietBar, DietBulletin, and Webscrollian (speeds up scrolling speeds on just about every single screen that has scrolling) to enhance the UI/UX. NCsettings for notification center quick toggle widgets. Springtomize has a ton of various tweaks and packages all compiled into one program. Very useful and powerful package. It's one of the most popular and widespread packages in Cydia for modding their phone's UI.

There are a ton more options. It all depends on your preference. Winterboard allows you to theme your entire device from top to bottom. Every single aspect can be themed with Winterboard.

Edit: I forgot to mention F.lux! One of my all time favorites. I use the lowest setting. I always forget how bright blue the screen is at night. Flux makes your device feel more like you're reading a book as opposed to a computer screen.
