I am looking for some advice on the best way to get more speed out of my mac. I have just replaced the HD to 950GB. Is there anything else I can do? It looks like I cannot put more ram in?

I have a [MAC PRO Late 2013, 3,5Ghz 6 core with 64 gb of ram]

Any help will be appreciated!

You can upgrade your RAM to 128GB.

Since you didn't mention the kind of work you're using your mac for, I don't have much of an idea what to recommend.
You could upgrade the CPU and add an eGPU.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I did not tell you what I do. I am a designer, lots of psd, indesign and (the biggest culprit for sluggish performance) illustrator. Also a loto of after effects and premier

No worries. It seems you would benefit from an eGPU so the linked thread might help you.
 
Just have a look at a good assembly / disassembly manual. OWC provides a nice video explaining the process.
Make sure you have a clean working space and the right tools for the job.
I like the Arctic MX-2 thermal paste. I use it for all my machines and the handling is quite easy. You can buy it bundled with cleaner, but isopropyl is cheaper and gets the job done as well.

Edit: One more thing. If you try out the machine after swapping the CPU, make sure the RAM is seated correctly and the cover is in place. The nMP won't boot without it's cover due to a small magnetic safety switch.
