Hi i'm looking for best app for playing 1080 videos and mkv files on my 7plus any suggestions would appreciated

Yes I have this app but control and gesture are awful and when you try seek movie full HD has problem I recently downloaded nplayer which it best even more than oplayer
I should thank who suggest this great app

+1 for nPlayer , is the best price/performace ratio for me.
Of course if VLC would support PiP it would take the crown. (Thanks Apple for the closed API)

Any apps that can stream videos from an iCloud Drive folder?

Not sure to be honest. I haven't seen it in the App Store descriptions for the bigger video apps (nPlayer, Infuse) on iOS so probably not supported. Alternatives cloud stourage providers such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive are supported though.

PIP is not a closed API. Any app developer can implement it in their app. Blame the VLC developers if it is not a feature.
I'm also a huge fan of nPlayer - been using it for years.
