Best way to backup contacts WITHOUT itunes

I want to start 3.0 with a fresh install. I know my restore has a ton of stuff that doesnt need to be on there. Any methods that actually work in just backing up contacts?

If anyone wants to start new from a restore download ZYB sync from the app store and upload your contacts then restore ya phone and reinstall zyb and youll be good to go

if all you want to keep is your contact, then just sync the phone and all your contacts will be saved on your computer. What you don't want to do is restore from your backup. I think you are getting "restore" and sync confused as to what they actualy do.....
