I see a lot of people recommend Whoosh or Screen Mom. I use Screen Mom when at home, but I’d like to have something more portable for when I’m working in a coffee shop or on a trip. Are there any recommendations for a good/safe individually wrapped cleaning wipe (could easily keep a few of those packets in my bag), or should I just go with a 1oz bottle of Whoosh or Screen Mom (which I think I could fit in my bag, though its obviously going to be a bit bulkier)?

Microfibre cloth. Slightly dampen a corner and wipe, then finish with the dry cloth.

I have one of the small (0.8oz) bottles of Whoosh that I use - I just refill it as needed from the 16.9oz bottle I use at home.
No need for chemicals. You can just breathe out on the screen and then clean it with a microfibre cloth, as the ones that are used for cleaning glasses.
There are microfiber clothes that you can hang on your bags like this one
or your other option would be to carry couple disposable lens wipes, like this one from zeiss

I would not use anything but a water damp microfiber cloth, unless you have installed a screen protector. You don't want to use chemicals that will remove the oleophobic coating on the screen.
