You can use Google play music to play music downloaded directly to the Note 4 or Samsung's own Music player.
If normally using a stream service you could download the music through the likes of Spotify and Google Music for offline play directly. What app do you use for streaming?
Otherwise if your connecting to a mac to sync local music - you can use the app iSyncr to sync between iTunes and your Note 4.
I have used the free version of Google Play Music to upload my songs, though I thought I had to have internet to be able to stream it on my Note4. Are you guys saying I can download the songs that I uploaded to Google from Google to my Note4 for offline play and play them back without internet?
Thanks.
When you have downloaded through your phone you should get a tick in the album info. Or just swipe in from the left and hit 'downloaded only' which will then show you only the stuff you have downloaded onto your handset.I see lots of songs under the "Songs" section.
1. How do I know if these are in the cloud or already downloaded to the phone?
2. By selecting to delete a song, am I deleting it from the phone or the cloud? I guess this also depends on if the song is indeed downloaded to my phone.
Thank you.
No they don't offer same facility for video, you can put videos onto the SD-Card or Internal storage just by dragging them onto the device via Android File Transfer and put them in a Videos Folder. The built in video player will play them back or you can download VLC app from Playstore if your movies are in different formats. Is there something similar to this for playing videos? I want to copy a bunch of videos to a sd card, what is the best player for this? Does google have something like google music for video for uploading and playing back videos offline?
Yeah iSyncr is great, you have to install the desktop client too (free) but once done you can sync via USB or even wireless. It's very handyI tried and failed to get some tunes from iTunes onto my Nexus, never knew about this iSyncr app so thanks
