So, what do you guys consider the best way to import/export media into the iPhone without iTunes from a PC?

I've tried Bridge from cydia, iFunbox, Copytrans suite(pretty good), and other ways, but I wish there would be one with real drag & drop options without having to take many steps.

I have to give an iPhone 3GS as a present, and I'm looking for the best dumb proof alternative, or easiest, to import/export media from the device.

Any tips?

I usually just use Dropbox, but I do have PhotoSync. PhotoSync is cool because it will upload direct to iPhoto. But you can also specify a folder or service, or whatever with it. It's pretty versatile. I just use Dropbox mainly because it's always running on my Mac.

Sorry man but Bridge is pretty easy. I'm really liking it. I was using Mewseek, but Bridge is much nicer.

Pwntunes does exactly what your looking for, drag and drop music onto your phone. (and other files) Once you start up the music app the songs are automatically imported.

i really like music4me for downloading the music. as for drag and drop, using ifile and bridge its almost seamless. create a folder in your pictures folder that you can normally access when the idevice is pulgged in. use that folder and your "bridge" to music app. drop the music in there and use the bridge app to transfer them music from that folder to the music app......ifile has its own music player, so if you dont need music app functions then you can simply just use the ifile mudic player.

----------

since its an older device, i used to use sharepod. that worked great for me for awhile, then i used diskaid for a long time too. diskaid is a great too for music "drag and drop" esp. if you have your buddys idevice and you want their music on your computer/device.

just some more sugestions for you.

Whoa! Really great reply, thanks! And thanks for all the tips!

Has anyone experienced anything bad with bridge and bugs or anything? Granted I know every device will experience different problems.
