iPhone Best way to leave beta program after 13.0 officially launches?

If I still have iOS 13 PB8 can I move to the official when the GM comes out?

I know there is risk of data loss. Is there a way to prevent this when leaving the beta program?

Thanks, I was a fool for putting it on my daily XS. I have mad respect for the beta testers. I'm going to install betas on my 7Plus.

Don‘t upgrade to 13.1 beta 1. This has never happened before so we don‘t know if you can just jump on a potential 13.0 GM or have to restore.

If you don’t have the 13.1 beta yes simply remove the profile and that should keep you on the 13.0 track

Remove the beta profile, reboot, reboot again in DFU, install public release and set up as a new device

Is the IPSW file available? Is that how we get the GM early?

Not sure if „set up as new device“ is so necessary. Doesn’t it only load the apps, app datas and sind from the backup?
