iPhone Best way to record phone call?

Hi all
I am recording a video podcast, roughly 1 hour long, with 2 other speakers via Zoom. They know the video is recorded and I'll be recording via Zoom. Given the importance of this recording, I want to ensure a backup. My idea was to dial into the Zoom call via phone to at least record the audio. What's the best way to record? The Voice Memos app doesn't seem to record phone calls. Can anyone recommend any suitable apps they've used?
