I ripped it using MacTheRipper then Encoded it using HandBrake, but even using 3D glasses it doesn't look right?

Anyone have a better way to do this, or is this just not possible which should be crappy as I have several 3D movies that I want to RIP.

A simple search for '3D' on the handbrake forum yields quite a few results, I'm sure one of them might help you.

Wait a minute, are you talking about 3D blu-rays that use the side-by-side technique or 3D dvd's that use red/blue glasses? If you're talking about dvd's then encoding them will probably destroy the 3D effect like miles said, due to compression.
