Best way to save webpages permenantly?

What is the best way to save webpages you like a lot permanently and also able to sync it across all apple devices?

The problem with Safari's reading list is that it will only save it on your computer and the links to iCloud, so when you open the links on another device, if the webpages changes, it will change too and I don't like it. I want to save it the way it is and do not want it to get changed.

A Pocket Premium subscription will do this. A free Pocket account just saves and syncs the links, but the Premium account actually saves the page content like you want.

$45 per year just to save a few articles is really expensive.

Are there any other app there that do this where you can sync it with Google Drive, Onedrive or iCloud?

I agree it is not cheap... but I think anything that syncs and saves like you want will be a paid service. What you could do is just export the web page as a PDF the put the PDFs in Dropbox and they would available on any device in their original form. You can also save the Reader version to PDF that would strip out the ads and be easier to read. This might help you.

Isn't exporting the webpage to PDF and syncing it through iBook / iCloud Drive what you want?

Evernote. Use the Evernote Web Clipper to save your pages, which will then be available on all your devices in the Evernote app. It's even cross-platform.
