Best Way to Take Notes on Powerpoints

Hey I am waiting for my 3G, so I cannot test any apps, so I was wondering if anyone found a good way to take notes on powerpoint presentations. I was hoping to just download my profs ppt files instead of printing them all the time. I was thinking Keynote, but it does not have a notes section. So maybe one of the pdf viewers you can right on after turing the ppts into pdfs? Has anyone found anything?
