Best way to transfer files from Windows to Mac using Fusion?

Is there an easier way that plugging and unplugging a mini flash drive everytime I want to transfer something from Windows to Mac? There has to be a better way.

You're using Fusion? You should be able to just drag the file from Windows in Fusion onto your Mac desktop and it copy it there. You can do that in Parallels at least.

That doesn't work for me. I wish it was that simple.

I think you need to install the VMware tools, under the Virtual Machine menu. Then the drag and drop described above should work.
