I'm currenty using gmail exchange so I can use push and contacts and calendar. I also have another gmail acccount on my iPhone thats setup just the standard gmail way.

I prefer the standard way because I can do archives, and it does a better job of showing my folders etc. But is there anyway to make it as push? When I use exchange, it seems to only load some messages and reload my all mail folder every time etc.

If you go into the settings for gmail through a computer you can customize which folders get pushed and which don't. Also, in iphone settings you can choose how much of your mail you want synced. I had problems syncing a whole month but have found that a week is actually fine. If I want to find an older message I just go in through the web app.
