Best Web Hosting provider with forum like here on MacRumors?

Hi,
Can anyone recommend some good and quality Web Hosting Provider but must be with site builder (smart looking site!!!) and forum like here on Macrumors?
I got idea for the website but I don't want to involve myself much into design of it. Mainly it will be dedicated for forum. I know there are plenty web hosting providers but they all look cheap and unreliable and is hard to find out what they really offer.
So is there anyone who has expirenced reliable web hosting company?

Any hosting provider that allows PHP and MySQL can run a forum, but vBulletin (the platform MR's forums are running on) is not free and has to be installed separately.
