I got my iPad a week or so after it came out at a local best buy. They offered a 2 year service plan so I got it. Not long ago a long line pixels are stuck in yellow at the bottom of my screen. I know this is covered, but is this something best buy will send out to service or just replace? Also, if it is just a replacement, could I pay the monitory difference to upgrade to a 3G model?
