No, Best Buy said explicitly no more orders. And if Apple doesn't have the white iPhone, Best Buy will most definitely not.
You do realize it says ON ORDER not Total On Hand or Avail. On Hand.

so it isn't even possible to camp outside Best Buy & ATT
It's not really on hands or available on hands. There is none IN TRANSIT. They have an open purchase order for white but it has not shipped.
Well it probably won't until Late July.
I know Best Buys have already received some stock for those who have pre-ordered but it is very minimal and some have already been told they won't be receiving one.
