Beta 10 builds

Is the developers ios 10 beta 4 build number the same as the public beta 3 build , or are the developers build always 1 step ahead. Just curious as to whether some issues with public build (messages bit of a mare) have been resolved with beta 4 ?

Developer starts first then typically about release 2-3 public is released. At that point and going forward they match version numbers but may not release on the same day.

Simple answer...yes, they're identical builds. Just not released on the same day.

Public beta wasn't released until beta 2 so that's why the dev beta is 4 and public beta is 3.
