iPhone Beta 2 heptic on/off?

I have heptic off for system alerts. Yet when I unlock the phone the heptic goes off ever since beta 2. How do I turn it all back off?

I guess it’s best described as Touch ID heptic feedback. Happen in my banking app too.

It’s been discussed a bit in the general Dev Beta 2 sticky. Some people are experiencing it on 7/7+ and 8/8+ and others aren’t, with no real cause or common thread found yet. Apparently you can turn vibration and haptics off completely in Accessibility settings but, personally, I’d rather live with it for now. Unless someone finds another answer those of us experiencing it are probably stuck with it until the next beta.
