Beta 3 has some odd Touch ID behavior. It is disabled with Watch Unlock enabled. When I deleted the existing finger prints it disappears altogether. I "forgot the Magic Touch" keyboard and reconnected it. The settings was back but now hung the Settings app.

Booting back into Monterey on the internal SSD of the Mac Studio Touch ID was completely screwed up and not working. Its options were disabled and it simply was inoperative.
I had to remove the keyboard bonding twice and reset the fingerprints. Then it finally worked again.
