Beta 5 - Quickest way to get there ?

Do I need to Download Beta 1, then 2,3,4,5 ?

Or is there a direct path ?

My redemption code for DP5 is the same as for DP1. So that means so far there is no full installer for DP5.

So it looks like for now we have to install it as DP1 then DP2 then DP3 then DP4 then DP5.

The updaters are just deltas, not combos. They won't make a combo till 10.11.2 betas.

They might still release new codes for DP5 later in which case you could get a full installer for DP5.

Failing that, let's hope they make one for DP6.

Otherwise this is going to get harder.

Is there a full installer for PB2? If so, there should be a way to go from PB2 to DP5... at least, that's how it worked with Yosemite.

You should not be mixing up the developer previews with public betas.

There is no full installer for PB2.

You should update as follows:

PB1 to PB2

OR

DP1 to DP2 to DP3 to DP4 to DP5.

Installing a DP on top of a PB or vice versa may leave bugs that should not have been there - or even introduce new bugs - making your bug reports invalid.

So run public betas and developer previews on separate partitions, external drives or virtual machines. Don't install one over the top of the other.
