I got the 11” M2 today and right away registered and installed the beta profile. I can’t get the update to show and the iPad is still on the 16.0 update. Anyone get it to work??

Remove the beta profile. I did the same thing. Once it's removed 16.1 will show.

But 16.2 is not yet in public beta, so no need to rush, unless you have the developer license.

The problem was when I first checked for an update, before I installed the profile, the update wasn't showing (16.1), so I installed the profile, and this was a mistake. I guess it just takes a little while for 16.1 to show up after you set-up the iPad. I think several people are doing this.

No 16.1 is out of beta. You don't need the profile. It's confusing. :D

16.2 is now in non-public beta, soon to be public. That one is interesting, btw.

If you want the 16.1 non-beta you have to remove the profile in order for it to show up just like not downloading the beta profile at all. Then just download and install the profile again to continue receiving beta updates.
