did anyone find a way to get rid of the developer beta options, never enrolled in the program on any Apple ID Burt started getting them in updates, could never remove it like apple beta updates.

If you have:

1. Signed into the developer's website with your Apple account,

2. Participated in past beta programs post the iOS 16.4 beta, where the beta profile was first removed,

Then you are likely to be permanently enrolled in the developer's seed program.
