Just curious which store I'll have an easier time getting in and out of getting a 643gb 3g iPad. SoHo or 14th St? Any input?

Not sure how anyone would know unless they happened to work at one of the stores and happened to know exactly how many 3G's they were getting in stock and happened to know how many people were going to be coming in to purchase them

14th. It's a little out of the way so smaller crowd. The Soho store is smack in the middle of one of the heavily trafficked areas in Manhattan.

If you aren't restricted to downtown, don't forget there's the Upper West Side store at 68th and Broadway. I was in and out 30 minutes after doors opened for the wi-fi iPad on launch day and that was without pre-order.

Thanks for the info. I know the UWS store, but I work in TriBeCa. I'm a bit closer to SoHo, but might be worth the trip to 14th for a smaller crowd.

I wasn't asking about the stock situation...just what people thought about the crowd and wait times.
