Better scrolling in Safari?

Greetings,
Alright, i'm constantly using my scroll wheel on my mouse and i changed the scrolling style in Safari. Now it's a smoother but slower scroll as opposed to the quicker way. But now I forgot where I did it. I need help finding this small user preference again. I'm pretty sure i did it within Safari because my other browsers didn't change.

Can someone guide me to the right place?
