I ordered a card on there as soon as I got the app. It was never delivered. So I reordered it, nothing again.

I decided to call Apple and I was given the runaround for an hour, before someone told me that they would have the post office email me in 5-10 days after they try to track down the cards, and if USPS can't find them, I'm screwed. Apple won't give me a refund.

I know the replies are all gonna be people saying they used the app with no problem, but there is no reasonable explanation for why this would have happened. I sent the cards to a regular house address, got a shipping email(with no tracking number), and that's it.

Yep, you are right, I used it and it was delivered fine

But sometimes things get lost in the mail
Not just from the iPhone app
Plenty of variables involved

Yeah, but 2 different cards, sent two weeks apart?

I sent two last week and they both got there.

Sadly, as we all know, Apple customer service is appalling. Sadly, once it leaves them the buck is passed onto the courier / Royal Mail et al. As it is just a couple of cards I think you have indeed had it. If there is no tracking number you are kind of screwed.

Are you serious? Apple customer service is the best I have ever experienced! I've ordered 3 books and 2 cards from apple print services, all were perfect. Sounds like user error.

A legitimate question. It's the easiest answer for two non-delivered cards to the same address.

Think about it. If I spent an hour calling apple, reordered the card, and took the time to make this thread, don't you think I would have triple-checked the address by now?

I built a card last Monday, it was delivered today (8 days)
I built a card last Tuesday, it was delivered yesterday (6 days)

60 minutes apart (the two card destinations).

Both recipients LOVED the cards and said they were great quality!

I still haven't seen one

Since you asked, no. One address, 100% failure. My next guess is a postman (Newman, not Cliff) that has a garage full of mail.

Do we all know this?

Had issues with ordering printed items from Apple in the past but they've always issued a replacement immediately.

I've had a photo book not arrive and a couple with bad printing. Apple refunded/replaced with no question.

I, also, used the Cards app and the card was not received, nor was notification of delivery sent to me. I'm interested in getting a refund, but can find no place to request one. Is calling customer service my only option? I would like a refund on principle, but is waiting on hold forever worth $3?

Slightly off topic but I find it baffling this app is neither universal nor available as a separate version for the iPad.
