Hey guys, first off this my first post here - just joined to discuss my issues. So Hi to everyone. I'll be sticking around, I'm sure.
Anyway - my issues. I got BF3 a little while ago and I'm running Windows 7 64bit on my Early 2011 i7 Macbook Pro (4gb RAM, 6750M 1gb) in boot camp and since day one it has just not ran as well as it should.
I read a lot of stuff about proper video drivers. I'm on the 11.10 drivers from Halloween and I'm stuck playing at 720P on all low settings just to keep the framerate consistently above 30 and I know that based on the hardware this should not be even remotely close.
At the least I want to be able to play at 1080P on Medium.
Have you guys been having issues? What's worked for you? I'm about ready to pull my hair out. The last thing I want to do is buy a gaming PC just for this falls releases.
