I restored to 2.0, then I got this screen from iTunes. I continued through until it said I was starting a new 2 year agreement. I tried following BigBoss's downgrade process, but when I try to open iTunes 7.5, it gives me an error message and I can't open it. Now my iPhone just has the "Connect to iTunes" screen. What do I do?!

Try upgrading to iTunes 7.7 then restoring it again.

Done. Still showed the same screen as posted above. I called Apple Customer Service. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I was guided through activation and the agent assured me that I wouldn't be charged anything. Thanks anyway!
