iPhone Big Boss Repo not working after 7.1 Jailbreak

So is there there anybody else that has this problem? It seems like nobody else has a problem installing things except me.

I'm guessing its a problem with the big boss repo, when I go into it within cydia nothing shows up, no packages, nothing. I'll include screen shots below. The one with the installing error is from when I try to refresh the source, it gives me an error with the big boss repo. I'm no jailbreak expert so any assurance would be appreciated.

Looks like the bigboss server is back up. It might've went down temporarily earlier

Found the problem. I'm on vacation and I just flew to Ireland from the UK and its working perfect. Strange that it wasn't working in the UK.
