Basically I was quite new to jailbreak but I managed to do it for 9.3.3. I played Pokemon go a lot but they released an update which stopped jailbreak users from playing so me being me thinking I'm smart I thought I would fully reset my phone.

Now, the app I had to use in order to open Cydia is deleted and I don't think I can get it back, and Cydia stays on my phone even if I fully reset it.

I really need a way to fix this since I cannot update to iOS 10 and I want to. Please help!

What do you mean you can't update to iOS 10? All you need to do is backup and restore your iPhone to iOS 10 via iTunes unless, of course, you don't have a computer. Unfortunately, you have to say goodbye to Cydia.

OP also posed this question in the jailbreak forum.

Here's the issue. OP performed an "Erase All Contents and Settings" operation on the phone itself. Stock, that's fine. But not with a jailbroken iPhone. When you do that on a jailbroken iPhone you get problems.

With the current jailbreak one of the problems is that restoring in iTunes will not remove Cydia.

To completely restore, update and remove all traces of the jailbreak, OP needs to do a DFU restore. A normal iTunes restore will not do this.

The issue has more or less been resolved in the other thread, but I am mentioning this here in case anyone comes across it.
