I have a number of photos that were taken from my iPhone (running iOS 14 PB) that I can see on iCloud.com, but the photos are not replicating down to Photos on my Mac running Big Sur. Anyone else seen this behavior? Photos is enabled within the iCloud settings.

Yes, I am experiencing this as well. HUGELY frustrating as I was counting on Photos for a project I'm working on now. I'm stuck on "Restoring from iCloud". Serves me right for installing a Beta, I suppose. I submitted feedback on it today.

Yes it is, which I believe is correct as the photo library on my Mac is the system library I want to use for iCloud.
