Hi people of Macrumors,

According to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211238 , my MacBook Pro 13" late 2013 is supported for Big Sur. However when I try to update to it by accessing it from the AppStore on 10.15, I get a message that the update cannot be found.

Now I just saw this; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacOS_Big_Sur Under the section of Release history is that late 2013 and mid 2014 13" MacBook Pro's are not included in the most recent build.

Does that mean that these machines will eventually get support since it was announced and is on Apple's website?

If anyone has answers that can clarify the situation here, it would be extremely helpful.

Some MBP 13" late 2013 had problems while upgrading to Big Sur including Logic board problems so Apple blocked the upgrade.
