Hi Everyone
had to create an account as i was hoping for answers!

Tonight i downloaded the public beta for big sur. It took a while as my wifi is very slow and i was very excited to install it. After it downloaded it said something about not having the right package and then it dissapeared from the update settings of system preferences and said my mac was up to date. I clicked off so i forgot to grab a screenshot but after closing system preferences and reopening it finally showed again but i have to redownload all 12 gb again! is anyone able to tell me why this is happening?
I have a partition with on my hard drive so some is dedicated to windows but I have 70GB of free space on the MACOS partition.
Below is tthe specs for my macbook in case anything internally might cause issues.
Thank You
Ollie
