Yes? is that so? well incase u dont know, Greece is a memeber of the EU so when i make comparisons they are all made with other equal EU members! eg. UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain bla bla bla...

Well... some of Meowbot's examples are EU members too - Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal etc

Trouble with asking for non-Greek residents to make comments and sign your petition is that it lessens your argument by dilution. You need to show that there are enough Mac users in Greece to make it worthwhile for Apple to go through the not inconsiderable set-up/ongoing costs - not that you can gain sympathy amongst other Mac users.

Last I heard Malta, Poland, Portugal, Estonia and the Czech Republic were part of the EU.
Was I misinformed?

Still Greece is the greatest and none of those countries can be compared with us as far as Population, Financial weights and Exporting power is concerned and last but not least... MAC addicts.
Of course i dont have to mention our history, culture, beaches, summer life etc.

Anyhow guys, things are kinda primitive here regarding Apple products. Can anyone pull any strings?

There is obviously not enough market for Apple Greece.

We have an Apple online store in South Africa (http://www.apple.com/sa):) , but the prices are WAY higher than in the states Although it is almost the same as the UK's prices

The Apple store in South Africa is really independent too, it is run by a company called ZA Online Store Pty (Ltd).

Then its not directly Apple. But its the same here in Greece too. Applestore is run by an authorised dealer, who has higher prices and bad service!
