Hi there, I'm one of the devs of BillMinder. BillMinder was the first on the App Store and has continued to lead the pack in terms of features in this category. Check the reviews on iTunes. And I suggest looking at the substance of the reviews instead of the quantity.
If backup/restore or push notifications then BillMinder is the way to go. Also, we're working on a big new feature that none of the others have. I can't share what it is quite yet as I'd rather under promise and over deliver.
Perhaps some other kind MR users could chime in to give their opinions, given the fact that I'm likely a tiny bit biased toward our product.

I love Billminder. Super easy yet robust interface. At a glance, I can tell if a bill has been paid or not, see a total of all bills for the month and get push notifications.
I paired this with Personal Assistant and both help me keep track of my budget and bills.

I use Billminder and I love it. It's a great app and since the dev posts here you can ask questions and get very quick responses.

I just bought the app and have been using it for a week. It's very good, simple and very well thought out/clean UI. It's got push and alerts included and also a web access to manage your bills anywhere which syncs with the app and vice versa.
