I've been trying Bing since they've added the option in iOS and Safari 5. Bing's results are usually decent, and there are some Bing features that I like. But I still prefer Google's results.

One thing that really bothers me about Bing in Safari on the iPhone is that you can't tap and hold a search result and open it in a new page. (Tap-and-hold does work on the iPad though, I believe.)

Well I guess I just changed that.

Bing is my default search engine for the time being, at least until the end of the month when their cashback program ends. Otherwise I also have the google app ready for whatever.

Yahooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bing sucks

Why did apple add bing? Is there something in the future we should no about or does apple owe Balmer a favor or something?

Two reasons, I suspect.
First, MS paid Apple a lot to include it.
Second, Apple accepted MS's offer to strike back at Google for Android.

I gave bing a spin on the iPhone with the latest update. Went back to google quickly after.

Maybe bing is OK for some things. But searching for really basic, simple straightforward things always brought the result which I didn't want.

I use Google. I found a website that had a split screen http://www.bing-vs-google.com/ -- not sure it shows both with the iPad. It didn't for me. Anyway, I tried it a few months ago and it was surprisingly decent with decent results (Bing) -- nonetheless I still use google.

Plain and simple, BING does not return the same sites as Google. No where close. Find a useful site you use and search verbatim in BING, I did on a few and nothing.

I can't afford to use BING.

Apple including BING is another example of Apple caving to media pressure, just like Multi-tasking and folders, both of which are useless on the iPhone.

Sort of a pointless poll, Google rules the search world and Bing sucks big time.

I use Gmail & Reader too and would still use Google if Apple did an iSearch, burn the heretic ;)

Goolge is just Google, It's almost a verb Bing is just too new and It's a new website, i use google for my calendars, contacts, mail, all synced, i haven't used hotmail or msn in years, It's just another world...
