Appears to require a US address. If you happen to be in NZ then you can get one from NZ Post (free). Other countries may have something similar.

Edit: You don't have to use Amazon's downloader to get the Steam code; it's also included in the confirmation email.

I checked Steam yesterday before buying from Amazon and Infinite by itself was $10. It's now showing at $20, with the "Bioshock Triple Pack" for $23.79

Bought 1 and 2 as a bundle a few years ago on steam... and bought Infinite for under $10 when steam had it on sale a while back. All sitting with the rest of the un-played steam games I bought on sale... LOL.

The Bioshock series is really great. The lore is really interesting. Do play them!
