Hi! This is my first post on this forum so I apologize if this is a dumb question.

I have a 2012 13" MBA (1440 x 900) that has a 1.8HHz Intel Core i5, 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB graphics, and a 256 harddrive. I've realized that when I play a game on my MBA, the top left area of my MBA gets extremely hot and the fan kicks in. I usually stop playing because I'm afraid that my laptop could get hurt from getting to hot (I'm a little paranoid when it comes to expensive items). Today, I saw that Bioshock Infinite was available for Macs and I really want to buy it. Does my MBA support this game? If it gets hot should I stop?

Thanks!

It's supported -> It should run. I am not sure about performance thought. I can test it later today (I have same MBA as my secondary machine)

MBA will get hot. Aluminium works like heatsink in this case :) Internal HW is designed to withstand high temperatures. There is a temperature limit - when reached computer shuts down (I have yet to see a Mac to do that)
