Hi guys,

I am having this issue with the calendar application in both my iPad and iPhone, in which I get a notification (banner) in the notification centre, notifying me that someones birthday is coming up tomorrow for example. This was not the case a couple of days ago, the notification would just appear on the birthday day itself. Have any of you got any clue of how to stop the calendar from notifying me of someone's birthday the day before?

By the way, I haven't set up any alerts or reminders for the birthdays. They are just set up as an all day event.

Thanks a lot

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

Setting > contacts, calendars, mail > go to Calendar then click on default alert times. You can select times to notify for birthdays.
