iPhone Birthdays stuck in notification center?!

I have every possible button enabled off via Facebook settings for calendar and contacts but for some reason I still have birthdays in my notification center which is very annoying. Anybody know a fix for this? I attached screenshots below! It only happened once I installed intelliscreenX.

Try going to the stock Calendars app and go to your calendar list. Uncheck the birthday's calendar and see if they go away from NC.
