Ok, I like to have all my music at 256kbps AAC, or at 128kbps AAC. Recently when I select a non-aac song to be converted to 128 AAC it will give me a bit-rate ranging from 123-127 never 128. Why is this? It didn't happen before. I have the settings @ 128 and VBR turned off and yet it doesn't give me 128. The problem is I organize my music (some playlists only) by bit-rate and this is annoying! Any solution? Thanks in advance.

I did search but used only "bit-rate" and the other one has no "-". Well I'll be more cautions before. BTW if they delete this thread I won't care. Thanks man.
