Now available in Cydia!
 
Wow this is nice. Never been interested in theming bitesms until I saw this. Does it require winterboard? Or is it like the other themes that come with bitesms where it's all just within the app?

It's themed just like the other themes. Installed through the biteSMS app.

I asked because of the comment in the original post here

It's said that it comes with a winterboard theme and I was wondering if winterboard is a dependency that needs to be downloaded with it. I don't have winterboard and not interested in downloading it.

Can you confirm it doesn't require winterboard to be installed?

Its not required to operate, but being that there's a winterboard option, the repo will download it for you.

If you were interested in the theme, we could work something out and i could send you only the biteSMS portion so you can install manually. Or if you only wanted the QR/QC.
 
Sorry for some reason I can't figure out how to message you lol

I'm not sure how I could pay you for it as I don't use PayPal. I use amazon to pay through Cydia. Would it be possible for you to upload a version of it without winterboard options into Cydia? If it's too much of a hassle, I understand. But I would really love this theme without having to download winterboard!
 
Good job, i was about to buy but the message list turned me off. Isn't there a way to have regular font for that?

The font isn't themed. Like you, I figured most people have their own taste in fonts so i left it unthemed. :)

The font is the only thing that bothers you?

Well, I havn't bought it yet. So far, that bit is the one bothering be since it's not theme, I will purchase it soon! :)
 
Im confused... I searched for the Android ColorKeyboard listed in the ad, but cant find it? Can anyone tell me how to get the keyboard shown above with the different font? Thanks...

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I saw on the bitesms forums that you were wanting to remove the winterboard theming and dependency so people without winterboard could use it. I was just wondering if the theme in Cydia still requires winterboard to be installed? I really really want this bite theme! And really really don't want winterboard lol
