That is why I posted this. To she'd light on what the feature really is. Everyone on iDB seems to think they are like how Chat Heads overlay the screen.
I just hope, sometime soon, that a tweak is released to enable them.
Personally I'm not too thrilled about this. It's just gonna be little pictures in your NC which you can use to open a QC message directly to the respective contact. May be quite useful, but unless they find a good design to implement it (better than the one shown above anyway), I can imagine it'll just look a mess in the NC.
Edit: according to the bitesms forums, it's gonna be optional, so you can turn it off via a toggle

It's out now. 7.6 Beta 1. I have it installed. You have to place the widget in the NC if you want the Text Heads.
The Text Heads widget reads the Favorites in your dialer app to populate the widget.
Note that there's an issue in Cydia right now where the tweak installs but Cydia still thinks it hasn't. They are working on fixing it.

you need to install the 7.6 beta 1 from bitesms's repo to get this feature

1. Open Settings>Notifications and place the Quick Compose Widget in to the In Notification Center section.
2. Settings.
3. Open your Phone app.
4. Select the contacts tab.
5. Find a contact.
6. Open the contact.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the contact.
8. Push the button that says "Add to Favorites"
9. Close Phone app.
10. Pull down Notification Center.
Your text head contact should now be in the NC.

Haven't seen Quick Compose before you told me since it is at bottom of app list in NC setting.
Tried it, but I might prefer favorites widget which makes call and sms together.
Yea it's a bummer. Seems like they've been trying to get that sorted out since day one on iOS6. It's been an ongoing fix for a while now. Hopefully soon it'll be officially resolved. Seems like they're getting close though.
Speaking of bugs, I wish they would re-implement the "retry on send failure" again. I loved that feature. It was one of my favorite things about BiteSMS.

The setting you speak about is always set to mobile carrier.
I'm on the most recent version of 7.5 but still the scheduling function does not work.
I have no clue as to why I can't get that feature to work. I put it in the nc.
Any help would be appreciated.

This feature does work for me. Keep at it.
Just in case case you didnt know, you need to have an active conversation with at least one of your favorites in order for the text heads to appear in the notification center.
