How do I turn on the stop button in bitesms when I'm half way sending a message?

Open Bite SMS app
Click Settings button (cog) at the top right
Scroll down to Delay Sending
Set your sending delay time

Edit:
If you're already writing a message, I think you'd have to copy what you've written so far and cancel the new message, set up the settings as above, then paste your message into a new one.
