iPhone bitsms bug or redesign?

i recently upgraded and jailbroke to ios 7.1.2 after being jailbroken on 7.04. I use bitesms. On 7.06 and earlier if i had multiple sms's from someone it would say:


Person x (2)

to show that i had 2 multiple messages from the same person. Now on 7.1.2 it lists the person multiple times such as:

Person x
person x
person y

Is this a bug, or just a new feature on the new jailbreak? Is there any way to go back to the old format to show person x (4) or whatever.

Its the same on my boyfriends phone, but i'm still not sure if its a bug, or new design and if its a new design is there anyway to go back to the old design? :eek:

Also, when i try to view the message on 7.04, by sliding to the right, the message would go away and open, now it just shifts a little to the right side but does not open and i have to then slide to the right again to get it to open. Bug or redesign?

are you using the beta version? if not, install that. it has a list of bug fixes for 7.1.x

I wouldn't know. It was never like that for me since I started using biteSMS on iOS 6

Do you have a screenshot of what you mean? That might help whether we're on the same page or not

Could've been another tweak modifying your notification center?
 
I can't do it now obviously but it use to list the person who's call I missed once with the amount of missed calls or texts in (x) parenthesis. So if you called me or texted me
5 times than it would say Darrick missed call and texts (5).
Now it just lists the same person as many times as many times as they called or texted right underneath. So now it says:
Darrick missed call
Darrick missed call
Darrick text
