Black iMac (not painted but black UNDER clear, Apply-style) + black keyboard and black mouse would look SO cool.

Did you happen to read "The Cult of Mac"? They talk a lot about how in movies and TV shows that the good guys use Macs and the villians use Windows computers. I just thought it was really interesting.

Yeah, the glossy, clear plastic over the white plastic is what makes the iMacs look cool. If they were simply just straight white plastic, they would look cheap. The same applies for black. If a true black iMac was released, I would swap my 20" Core Duo in an instant...

Or, on Buffy and Angel, the good guys use consumer Macs and the bad guys use PowerMacs

the iMacs from colorware look disgusting. It would be better if they did not paint the mouse and keyboard
