Black Loading Circles on phone and mail

I just updated about 5 things in Cydia. 1 was backgrounder and the 2nd was iblacklist. Not sure what the rest were. After I did a respring there are black circles(looks like the loading symbol) on the bottom left hand corner of my phone and mail icon. What is this from or what is this for. How to remove.
